The Resource Center Network\'s annual Resource Fair for Educators will be held Wednesday October 17, 2012 from 4 to 6 p.m. in The Living World at the Saint Louis Zoo. Over 20 cultural institutions and community organizations will showcase their services and programs for teachers, youth, group leaders, and homeschoolers. What Happens at Bankruptcy Court?
This program, held in the 29-story Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse, will give participants a basic understanding of how bankruptcies are handled in the United States. Participants will be given an overview of the legal framework and underlying policy considerations involved in United States bankruptcy law, and may have the opportunity to attend live court proceedings.
