15 * The Appeal ProcessThe Appeal Process Time: 8:30 am Understanding the Appeal Process – The Path to the Supreme Court This program will take you to the 29-story Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse. You’ll visit the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, an intermediary court in the federal system, and observe an oral argument. You’ll get the opportunity to learn about the appeal process from the Clerk of the Court. The program also includes a short building tour, and many stunning aerial views of downtown St. Louis. |
